Backgroundswisscleandrive ltd. develops and produces plug-in hybrid electric drives as a conversion kit for production cars. The converted vehicles get their energy from the plug as well as from the gaz station. The development of the fascinating and enviromently friendly cars now makes the step from protoype to production. This demands for extra financial means. The firm will increase their capital in three steps from CHF 149'000 to CHF 1.5 mio.
